This is kind of long so stick with me: when trying to get on TikTok Shop, I filled out the application, probably three or four times before it was accepted. I was working on the qualification center step and even though my application was accepted I kept getting emails saying that my proof of address in my application was rejected. So I went back into that exact same application in my account and corrected my proof of address and it was then accepted, but in order for me to submit it again it made me change my TikTok shop name because it claimed that there was already a TikTok shop under that name, but it was the one that I had created.
So now I cannot connect my TikTok Shop to my account because it’s saying there’s already a TikTok shop connected to my TikTok account- which there is but it’s under the first TikTok shop name and there’s no way for me to disconnect it- Ive tried. I have tried emailing multiple help centers to help me fix this problem and they were of absolutely zero help. I have no idea what I need to do to fix this.
