I thought I needed more leads… turns out I just needed better follow up.
I used to think my problem was not having enough leads. I kept focusing on getting more traffic, more inquiries, more everything but recently I realized… I didn’t need more leads, I needed better follow up.
When I actually started responding faster, checking back in and being more intentional with conversations, things changed.
Curious has anyone else had this realization? What improved your follow up the most?
