What are y'all getting into this weekend?! 👀🍹🏖️ Anything fun planned?

I definitely slept in today 😴😂 and I'll be knocking out my weekend cleaning today! 🧹✨

Then it's back to reality because I'm working a 12-hour shift tomorrow... SMH!!! 😩🤣

Now that we're getting ready to kick off a BRAND NEW MONTH... I wanna know... 👀👇

✨ What's your next cycle or goal going into July?

I'm definitely switching mine up! 💪🔥

My main focus is body recomposition and building muscle, so my next cycle is going to reflect that! I'm also increasing my strength training to 4 days a week and doing cardio 5–6 days a week (mostly recovery cardio 🚶‍♀️💦).

Let's hear those plans!! I LOVE seeing everyone's goals and watching y'all make progress! 🩷👏
