This Group is for investors. The main goal of being apart of this group is to Retire and Retire early. Its not just for investing in real estate but any investments that may help that goal.
Barrier to entry is you have to own an Investment Property other than your home. We feel like there are enough groups to help people achieve there first goal of investment property ownership (BiggerPockets, Podcasts, YouTube videos, and investment groups in your area) that we wanted to take a step further into a group of people with the same mentality. People who have taken that first step already.
One more side goal is to make more money at your daily job to be able to achieve these goals quicker. No get rich quick Schemes just hard work and retirement.
