What are you doing with all of that displaced dopamine seeking?
Have you been more frustrated this past week, or more calm?
What do you want to be different about 2025 than this past year?
What do you want to be different about yourself?
What are you getting tired of that you do, think, feel, etc.?
Anwer all, answer some, but at least reflect some this morning.
What about working out, where are we with that?
Not the most important thing in the world, but keeping up with workouts and overall movement will help out other aspects of your life and mentality.
