Need 80% refi help
Hey everyone I’m in a 2nd position PML. The original exit was sell on market but last buyer fell through. Borrower wants to pivot to a refi but credit is crap in like 580.
Looking for help with lenders willing to do 80% refi on a condo worth ~$250k in Tucson, AZ
Could also use some insight on credit sponsorship because perhaps I could go that route to at least get my funds out.
