We’re in the final month of the year, so I’m curious 👇 What’s the one thing that held your business back this year? Clients? Clarity? Consistency? Systems? Something unexpected? I’m asking because many entrepreneurs are facing similar blocks, and I want to make sure we all share ideas together. But first What’s the main roadblock you faced in 2025?

This is absolutely a tough year in the construction industry. (Many companies are down 30-40% in my area) I changed my perspective on that notion. Many small and even reputable companies have gone out of business this year and some guys are laying off employees. (Talented guys might be easier to find) I decided to double down and spend more on marketing to keep this year going strong. Look at it as an opportunity, getting rid of competition 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m down 10%-15% compared to last year while having plans to grow. Im not worried, my current plan for 2026 is going to blow 2024 and 2025 out the water. I have the best feeling about it.
