Help with Niche Selection !!
I’m trying to decide which niche to focus on for my AI automation/growth services and would love some honest opinions.
So far, I’ve worked with a marketing agency where I helped build internal dashboards and automate parts of their CRM — that experience made me realise how powerful AI + systems can be for growth.
Right now, I’m considering:
• B2B SaaS
• SMMA / Marketing agencies
• Other service-based businesses (very open here)
My long-term aim is to work as an AI Growth Partner helping businesses generate more leads, book more calls, and scale revenue using automation.
If you were starting today:
– Which niche would you choose?
– Where do you see the most *real* problems (not just buzzwords)?
