It can be physical, verbal, social, or online.” There are 4 types of bullying: • Physical – hitting, kicking, pushing • Verbal – name-calling, teasing, threats • Social/Relational – excluding someone, spreading rumors • Cyberbullying – bullying through texts, social media, or online
