I wanted SO BAD to grab a sausage egg and cheese croissant this morning. Instead I chose this. Day 2 no bread. Pray for me 😂

Ok here "we" go! I say we because I know I can't do this alone and here and now with all of you, I will start my fitness journey! Complete transparency, I'm 5'4" 121 lbs and look like I'm a few months pregnant 😂 I definitely want to lose fat and build muscle. I tried the gym a couple yrs ago with Greg, but he's kind of an asshole in the gym lol kidding not kidding. I work a lot and when I'm not working I'm a full time mom. My diet is CRAP, so that's where we are starting. I need a beginners workout routine I can do at home. Any suggestions?

Just wanted to tell yal thank you for coming to check things out! I know it’s sparse right not, but we will be opening it up in the next week or so and start promoting.
