New to Real Estate Investing Wholesaling

Hello all, I am new to real estate but not admin, management, office functions, and being part of a team. I have been living back and forth between MD and NC, so I am looking to do wholesaling in both states. I am already learning how to build property lists, research for motivated sellers and working on building other skills to enhances my personal knowledge to get a better understanding and increase my skill level through knowledge and performance.

I’m currently focusing on MD the most and would love to connect with those open to JV partnerships or letting me support your needs in exchange for learning opportunities. Whether it’s helping manage leads, skip tracing, cold calling, or doing research, I’m reliable and ready to contribute.
