Looking for lender
I have a wholesale deal and a buyer for a property in Woodstock New York. We had a scheduled closing for Friday when unfortunately our lender needed to back out.
Great deal 800k purchase, 400k Reno with 2.2 ARV 6,700 sqft on 5.5 acres 30 min from Kingston, ny (the original capital)
Looking to close this as fast as possible!
