Looking for someone with phone sales experience.
I will train on our process, underwriting, CRM and our exit strategies.
We are deep in one market buying rentals, flips and doing novation and cash wholesale.
We pay $3K for any deal we buy and 15-20% commission on novation and cash wholesale deals
