Barrebarians is a practical training group for ballet dancers who want to get better without breaking their bodies or wasting years guessing.
It’s based on how I actually train and coach as a professional dancer — not theory, not hype, not “just work harder”.
Inside the group I share simple ways to:
- Fix your weakest links instead of training everything blindly
- Learn choreography faster without frying your brain
- Build strength, flexibility, and feet
- Reduce injury risk by managing load, and fatigue properly
- Think long-term so progress compounds instead of resetting every season
This is for adult dancers, beginners to intermediate, who care about improvement but also want to stay healthy enough to enjoy it.
This isn’t about being perfect or talented. It’s about doing the right things, consistently, without wrecking yourself in the process.
