This space is built from a working class background to owning and operating two coffee shops and a barbershop in Northern Ireland. Nothing here is theory. Everything comes from real floors, real customers, real staff, and real pressure.
We will bring members on a journey through what actually makes a great coffee experience. Not just the drink, but the personality in every cup. How coffee should reflect the person making it. How consistency and care matter just as much as skill. How customers remember how you made them feel long after the cup is empty.
We will focus heavily on customer service, building genuine connections, reading people, and creating spaces where regulars feel known and new customers feel welcome. Just as important, we will talk about staff. Hiring properly, training with patience, setting standards, building confidence, and creating teams who take pride in what they do.
This is about craft, culture, and people. Coffee is the product, but personality is key.
