Last weekend I worked all Saturday, and my left wrist was bothering me a little, but nothing bad. Then by noon on Sunday, I was in debilitating pain and a muscle in my forearm was swollen like an egg. I haven't done proper line work in about 5 months, and didn't stretch or warm up, so I think if I did that I could have avoided this.
What do you do to avoid repetitive motion injuries?
