Last weekend I worked all Saturday, and my left wrist was bothering me a little, but nothing bad. Then by noon on Sunday, I was in debilitating pain and a muscle in my forearm was swollen like an egg. I haven't done proper line work in about 5 months, and didn't stretch or warm up, so I think if I did that I could have avoided this. What do you do to avoid repetitive motion injuries? I'm on a cruise ship in Southern Asia at the moment, and a big client emailed me the day before I boarded in Hong Kong asking me to make a character from their TV show. I always travel with a lot of balloons, but I have JUST barely enough (hopefully) of the right colors to make it 😅 So, basically I have to make a full sized human on this cruise ship tomorrow from very limited supplies and produce a whole video of it. Oh, the trials and tribulations of balloon artists!

Hey! So I finally got around to making my first columns. One with a standard one free done with fishing line. The stand one I was say is okay but hate that you easily see mechanicals. And the other one was just a fail. Any advice would be appreciated.
