Thumbprint Cookies (Jam-Filled)
Ingredients
• All-Purpose Flour
• Butter
• Sugar
• Egg Yolk
• Vanilla Extract
• Jam (Strawberry or Raspberry)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cream butter and sugar until light.
3. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually mix in flour.
5. Roll dough into small balls and place on tray.
6. Press thumb in center of each cookie.
7. Fill center with jam.
8. Bake for 12–14 minutes.
9. Cool and serve.
