Red Velvet Cookies
Ingredients
• All-Purpose Flour
• Butter
• White Sugar
• Brown Sugar
• Cocoa Powder
• Red Food Coloring
• Egg
• Vanilla Extract
• Baking Soda
• White Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Add egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
4. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda separately.
5. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
7. Scoop dough onto tray.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
9. Cool completely before serving.
