Quick question for people experienced in ecommerce
I’m trying to grow an online store, but I’m realizing there are a lot of moving parts, product research, ads, store design, and getting consistent sales.
For those who are already doing well in ecommerce, what would you say is the most important thing a beginner should focus on first?
Trying to learn and avoid wasting time on the wrong things. Any advice would really help.
