Is ChatGPT a chatbot?

I've been reading about your Customising Chatbots Workshop

and it sounds fabulous. But I'm a bit confused about the 'bot' term.

Back when you did the Brand Builders summit, I nearly didn't watch your 'Brand Building With Bots" presentation because I thought 'bots' only referred to the 24/7 AI speech bubbles on websites that have been trained to answer questions, or maybe something like manychat. But of course your presentation was way more than that - loved it!

Now this latest workshop description sounds like you're teaching about how to prompt in ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity etc? To create custom GPTs? But you say it's about customising chatbots which is short circuiting my brain again. 🤷‍♀️
