2/23/26 Intro and Accountability
First time posting in here. 2026 is the year of health for me. This comes in may different flavors. Goals:
Gym 3-4 days per week and 12-15K steps/day.
I am eating off a macro bowl framework. Here is what I have eaten so far today. 10K steps completed so far.
