Early Greens?

I am going into my first full season in my market garden, and am gaining access to the High Tunnel(unheated) this year. I am in zone 4a, and we don't come out of our Persephonae period until Feb. 14 (convenient to remember).

I am curious what other northern growers are getting started for early season greens? When are you direct seeding or starting transplants?

I'd love to get transplants in the ground the week of Feb 14, but am a bit hesitant due to temps... when is your spinach, lettuce, arugula, and kale getting in the ground?
