Habit Trackers 👀
I've just posted a beginner habit tracker, focused on getting the basics down such as good sleep, whole food meals, and exercising regularly.
To access them, simply go over to the Classroom section and look for the habit trackers.
I will add more as time goes on. If you think of anything that could be added. LET ME KNOW!
