You can schedule a video call right from the chat box. We’re usually ready in 30 minutes or less! How Do You Use It? Super easy! We added 2 new ways to get extra help: 1. Green Button: At the top of each screen, you’ll see a green button that says “Learn About ______.” Click it to get a guided tour and learn more about what’s on that screen. 2. Black Chat Button: Right next to the green button, you’ll see a black chat button. Click it to open the help screen. You can look up answers or send a message to chat with a real person.
