What’s this course about?Golf is 90% mental, as Dr. Bob Rotella says in Golf is Not a Game of Perfect. This course blends golf psychology, data, and tools like Golf Pad, Muse Headband, and Meta Quest 2 to build your mental edge. Over 6 weeks, you’ll master mind mapping, breathwork, goal setting, pressure handling, focus, and a pre-tournament routine. Whether you’re aiming for CIAU/NCAA or just want to crush your next round, this is for you!
Here’s the plan:
  • Week 1: Mind Mapping – Take a quiz to map your mental strengths (like focus) and visualize shots, inspired by The Inner Game of Golf.
  • Week 2: Breathwork Analytics – Learn 4-4-8 breathing to stay calm, using Polar H9 and Golf Pad, with Zen Golf mindfulness.
  • Week 3: Data-Driven Goal Setting – Set SMART goals with Golf Pad stats, backed by Golf Beneath the Surface.
  • Week 4: Pressure Simulation – Practice high-pressure shots with VR or visualization, like Rotella’s resilience tips.
  • Week 5: Neurofeedback Training – Train focus with Muse Headband, connecting to Inner Game clarity.
  • Week 6: Game Plan Integration – Build a pre-tournament routine for 2026, ready for college recruiting portfolios.
How it works:
  • Weekly Videos: Watch 10-12 minute lessons in Skool with action steps, like quizzes or challenges.
  • No equipment needed just a pencil and some paper or journal to move through some of the home work
