OPERATIONS MANAGER WANTED

Hi all!

I’m looking for a strong operations centric leader. Operations and technology background are a must. Full time or part time. This is for a retail store. Possibility exists for equity/stock options.

We currently have a single retail location. I’m purchasing two more locations.

Need to redo the front office areas, so experience with retail redesign a plus, but not necessary.

We are moving production off site to a centralized warehouse.

Delivery services launching in 45 days.

App launching in 45 days.

Email and text campaigns launching in 14 days.

Need a self started who can operate with minimal oversight and coordinate all aspects of delivery services launch, sop development, run payroll, scheduling, cash handling, etc.

This person would be operations manager/general manager. This can be full time or part time.

Would need to dial operations in single retail store, automate processes, document sop’s, and be able to go open new stores as they are acquired implementing all sop’s, technology, staffing, etc,
