Hi all! I’m looking for a strong operations centric leader. Operations and technology background are a must. Full time or part time. This is for a retail store. Possibility exists for equity/stock options. We currently have a single retail location. I’m purchasing two more locations. Need to redo the front office areas, so experience with retail redesign a plus, but not necessary. We are moving production off site to a centralized warehouse. Delivery services launching in 45 days. App launching in 45 days. Email and text campaigns launching in 14 days. Need a self started who can operate with minimal oversight and coordinate all aspects of delivery services launch, sop development, run payroll, scheduling, cash handling, etc. This person would be operations manager/general manager. This can be full time or part time.
