I have tried diaphragmatic breathing, and all kinds of breathing methods. Nothing could breakthrough adhesed fascia. If your diaphragm isn’t moving, you can’t practice. If it’s stuck, it doesn’t move. No matter how many exercises you try you can never get that deep breath. They just tell you to keep practicing. You cannot exercise adhesed fascia.
My fascia, posture and breath have a lot to do with how I manage my hEDS.
Every morning I do my 9 minutes in hell breath work and noticed major improvements.
