Welcome!
Breathing first. How long can you hold your breath? Do you hold your breath for every activity? Do you have to tell yourself to breathe? Please let me know what you would like to work on.

Breath and fascia
Manage your hEDS with me. Let’s control our breath. Instead of it controlling you. Get more time up. Build stability.

Breath and fascia

@Tasha Kearney I looked into it and I think I get it. I wonder if this exercise would help you. I could not hold my breath from more than 30 seconds. After I started breathing differently and making my diaphragm work, I started feeling stability. I am not a doctor and of course you need to ask someone first. But I can share it with you to see if it may help you. My trigeminal nerve has been reactivated since I started this new breathing technique. So I know we are able to restart our bodies if you will. I know there’s fancy ways to say that, but I think you know what I mean.😉

@Tasha Kearney Then we shall talk! I am trying to get together a little meet and greet. I am thinking of meeting with individuals one on one if necessary. I need an idea of how comfortable you are working with your body. Looking forward to getting better together.

@Tasha Kearney Hey Tasha! Welcome!!! I can’t wait to learn what you do. I need to clear out my workspace for my home area. I can’t wait to learn more about you.
Their way
I have tried diaphragmatic breathing, and all kinds of breathing methods. Nothing could breakthrough adhesed fascia. If your diaphragm isn’t moving, you can’t practice. If it’s stuck, it doesn’t move. No matter how many exercises you try you can never get that deep breath. They just tell you to keep practicing. You cannot exercise adhesed fascia. My fascia, posture and breath have a lot to do with how I manage my hEDS. Every morning I do my 9 minutes in hell breath work and noticed major improvements. I couldn’t feel my core. Now I feel stability. Do you hold or control your breath during the day? How long can you hold your breath? Take the test…
