What this place actually is (and how to use it)
Howdy folks, I'm Nicole, Founder of the AuDHD Aligned Community. I'm also an AuDHD coach, educator, music artist, writer, multimodal somatic facilitator, multi-passionate creative and lover of cats, big and small (especially big). Diagnosed AuDHD at 37, after five crisis burnouts, I'm here now bringing as much curiosity, love and compassion to this long, non-linear road to living my most audhd-aligned life. I built this community because I needed it, and so many of you did too. So, here we are. Welcome :)
Most of us land here because the old way of working stopped being possible. Maybe you can't mask through a workplace anymore. Maybe you tried building something of your own and burnt out inside that too. This is the space for the part that comes next: figuring out what aligned work actually looks like for your nervous system, heart, and soul, and building it slowly, in a way that holds.
That includes being in a space you can share in, honestly, when it's not holding. Because this is a space where we GET IT. I've lived that, I live it, and if it weren't for my AuDHD community I wouldn't be living life on my terms, sustainably, for the first time in my life. I wanted to pay it forward, so let me explain what exactly it is that we do here:
We do the gentle recovery work work first: we address the internalized capitalism that got you here in the first place, and we do it by reducing demands, regulating your nervous system, and mapping our true capacity over time and our cycles.
Then we go deeper: we explore what's actually aligned for you now, not the high-functioning survival version of you that used to push through.
Then we build around it: a way of earning that has room for low-capacity days and meltdown weeks, that doesn't fall apart when you do. Capacity comes first, always.
The business is built to fit your life, not the other way around.
What you'll find inside
Phase 1: Recover
Get your feet back under you. For those still navigating deeper burnout. A capacity-aware framework that helps you understand your specific burnout, stop applying the wrong tools to the wrong kind of depletion, and begin the slow work of feeling like yourself again. Broken into walkable chapters you can take at whatever pace your week allows.
Phase 2: Realign
The inner work, and the heart of it. This is where we get honest about who you are now, not the version who used to push through. Together we map your wiring, your real capacity, and what 'aligned' actually means for you, drawing on IKIGAI, Gene Keys, and Human Design. Less "what should I be doing," more "what's actually mine to do."
Phase 3: Rebuild
Where it becomes real. We take everything you've uncovered and build the practical thing: a way of earning designed around your capacity, that bends on a meltdown week instead of breaking. And we don't just plan it. We build it together.
Alongside the phases
Space to think out loud and get reflection from people who actually get it. Live and recorded workshops. Access to the AI Capacity Companion. The option of deeper coaching when you're ready. And more as we grow.
How to use it
There's no right pace and no right order. Read when you have capacity. Disappear during a hard week and come back when you surface, the space will still be here. Lurk as long as you like. Nothing here expires.
