One, 60-minute meditation session with 30 minutes of Q&A and sharing. Total class time is 90 minutes. The meditation balances the feminine and masculine energies in ALL chakras plus recalibrates the

Third Eye Chakra/Nervous System.

This meditation is based on a longer program called The Golden Goddess Within - a series of eight chakra meditations that mimic the order of the human embryonic stages of growth from inception to birth. I developed the program as an 8-week course of experiential journey meditation with your guardian angel, Archangels, Goddesses Isis, Hathor and God Osiris.

CLASS TIME: 90 minutes. 60 minutes of journey meditation followed by a short water break, 30 minutes for Q&A. Participants are not obligated to stay for Q&A.

PREPARATION: A quiet location where you will not be disturbed, a Yoga mat, pillow or comfortable chair. You may lie down or sit for this meditation.

POST CLASS: Allow time to rest and do nothing strenuous. It is common to feel off, tired, or experience release of emotions through tears or other types of bodily release.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED: There will be a short intake survey to establish your emotional state of being. Post class I will send you the same survey to gauge your shift in energy/perspective. I welcome your feedback and your suggestions on how to implement the series.

WHO IS THIS FOR: The Golden Goddess Within is not gender specific. It is designed to bring forward the goddess in all. The participant is being asked by Source to bring forward the sacred aspect of the feminine in everything you create. You are both God and Goddess and you are being asked to consider reinstating the sacredness of feminine aspects into all you do.
