Plum - The ultimate AI Practitioner workflow builder?

Today I had a demo with Plum, a new automation company that is trying to position itself as THE platform for AI builders (https://useplumb.com/). I have to say that, although the platform is still very green, I can see a lot of potential in the future. I will summarize the top pros and cons I gathered from my demo and the overall platform in general:

## 👍 Pros

- **One‑click flow updates** keep every user on the latest version.

- **Granular workflow control** over each step’s parameters.

- **Prompt privacy** lets you share automations without exposing the prompts.

- **Native monetization** (one‑time, subscription, or per‑run) built right in.

## 👎 Cons

- No formal security certs (SOC 2, ISO 27001) yet.

- Early‑stage node library; common integrations are missing.

- No custom HTTP node for raw REST calls.

I got access to the beta platform and I will be playing with it for a bit to get familiar and provide some feedback to the company, but right now is not even close to a production ready automation building platform.

I will keep a very close eye on their development and I will be reporting back with updates as they come!
