Second Perk! Free Auditing Interview Guide.
Hi All, Today I'm sharing a guide for conducting initial interviews for scoping and auditing AI projects, this should help you target the right questions for the right people. Also have some generic ideas to guide your resolutions. Check it out!

Awesome. Thank you Didac. This is definitely great process and procedure with the full scope of a project lifestyle and how complex organizations and their structure impact the AI journey. The whole structure is based on long term stickiness rather than AI dumping that leave users and organizations frustrated.
Weekly Perk early access!
Hi Everyone, Thank you for hanging on with me while I was getting my personal life events sorted. As a free perk for the best Skool community out there, I want to share this n8n automation I recently built as a social media content machine. What It Does: - Input your brand details once through a simple form - AI generates 6 unique posts (3 LinkedIn professional, 3 Facebook community-focused) - Creates custom images for each post using Google's latest AI - Sends each post to you for approval via Slack - Lets you request edits with natural language feedback using NanoBanana - Automatically schedules approved content across platforms - Tracks everything in organized spreadsheets I'm using a new platform called Late to help me automate and schedule the social media connections. The platform is brilliant, super smooth, and I haven't seen anyone talking about it. I will probably make a video about it very soon. The app is currently on AppSumo for $49 lifetime license, so if this is something you are interested in, don't miss the deal. Other similar platforms like Bloatao charge you $30/month for the same. Also, this will be my first official template sent to the n8n community, so I'm losing my virginity as an official n8n builder. But you get it here first! If you have any questions or need help setting it up, let me know! And by the way, you are going to see me much more active from now on, sharing a lot more really cool content for ya'll, stay tuned! Grateful to have been blessed to be able to meet you and connect from Build Lab to find such an awesome off shoot of a community. You are one of my inspirations on the art of true possibility.
Exciting things coming!
Hi Everyone, Apologies for the lack of activity these past two weeks, but I have been deep in the weeds of project work and also very exciting peronsal projects that soon I will be sharing with all of yous. One of these is Chimera. I'm currently finishing the last touches of Chimera version 3.X adn I will be sharing with all of you the current set up, agents, commands and instructions to x10 the vibe coding capabilities of your Claude Code agent. This thing never stops to amaze me. Quick pic attached of some tests I have been runing, you can see all teh agents working in harmony. Not long ago I joined a community/course to focus and increase my skills on the consulting part side of the work that we do. As you all know, I'm very comfortable on teh technical side, but I always felt I needed to put more energy on the front end part, to improve my skills for lead generation, client relationships and adquiring new business. I have been learning how to apply methodology used by the Big Four but adjusted to the current times, and learning how to mix the best of both worlds; structure methodology proven effective for over 100 years but adaptinging to the speed and flexibility that AI is bringing to the table. Form this mix a new concept has arraived: Vibe Consulting. A part from my traditioanl techinical builds, I will be also sharing materials, tools adn tips on this subject too, hoping that it will also help you to get mroe business and to have a proper structure in place for reaching out to potential clients, onboarding them, interviewing them and advising them. Also on the personal side, I have recently been laid off my 9-5 job, whicihh means that now I'm 100% full in AI. I will start to be much more active here, adn I will start to do more community activities, like organizing weekly AMA sessions (Ask Me Anything), creating more practical materials and MasterClasses Websinars on specific subjects I think are usefull to share. Bear with me while I get all teh structure in place, but I'm really excited to finally be able to dedicate myself to this 100%.
Exciting things coming!

Didac...I agree with Jeff. I definitely believe this is the door that needed to be opened for you to burst through. We who see and are in the community can tell those that can really build from those imposters. You most definitely are probably one of the most truly untapped resources and experts that I can see will go on an extremely successful journey. I agree with Jeff. I do understand how hard this initial layoff stings but it primes you for what you are meant for. Your technical expertise inspires a bunch of us and wise people know who are the great ones. I've seen a lot of people hype themselves up only to be just that smoke and mirrors. Fortunately your Magic is real.
What about selling agents that require no build?
Hi Everyone, These past two weeks, I've been super busy figuring out a few things and testing the Chimera enhancements. I’ve also been working on starting to materialize a project I’ve been going back and forth on for months. Virtual Agents. I’ll explain more in the future, but basically, I’m trying to create a personalized set of agents—each of them working either individually or as part of a team—aimed at achieving specific business process automations. The idea is to build a catalog of virtual agents that you can almost template-ize and offer to businesses directly from a catalog. This will require quite a lot of work, but I believe the potential, once it’s done, is pretty high. My plan is to not only offer these myself, but also make them available to other AI practitioners like you—so you can re-sell these agents without having to build them yourself. They would have proven reliability and be tested in real business cases. Would this be something you’d be interested in? For example, being able to offer robust AI solutions and automations without having to build them from scratch?

Didac. That is awesome and amazing and would totally be open to that. I would also be willing to help you out in any way I can. My areas of current expertise is Enterprise PMO, Enterprise Operations as well an managing all external noise. Create an OEM manufacturing type of AI Agents and we can become sales teams selling your agents for a % while you still earning on your technology IP.

I align currently to CRO, CTO, COO and CIO level execs and understand the way to require documentation and processes for consumers to properly use the tools for best practices.
Mapping AI Risk Mitigations
🚨 MIT just dropped a game-changer for anyone building with AI (Full document attached) They analyzed 831 ways companies are making AI safer and sorted them into 4 buckets: - Governance & oversight - Technical & security - Operations - Transparency & accountability Operations dominates with 36% of all safety measures. What's everyone actually doing: - Testing & audits (127 different approaches) - Setting clear data rules + live model monitoring - Publishing risk assessments that buyers actually trust What almost NO ONE is doing (<1% adoption): - Model alignment checks - Conflict of interest shields - Whistleblower systems - Energy impact tracking This is a MASSIVE opportunity gap 👀 Why this matters for our community: 1. Regulators are watching - They're 100% using this list to craft new rules 2. Investors are asking - Show them you have these controls = faster funding 3. Early movers win - Lock in these practices now before they become mandatory https://airisk.mit.edu/blog/mapping-ai-risk-mitigations
