It allows us to know who’s preparing to buy or sell before they ever fill out forms on Zillow, Realtor, or other resellers—giving us a serious edge. This data is available now for other Realtors nationwide, and one of the big reasons I joined this community is to learn how to best pair it with AI for smarter follow-up and stronger conversion for my partners and agents currently using this data and those that are interested in the future. Being at the front end of a client’s home sale or search has been a game-changer, and I’m excited to connect with others who see the same potential.
