Need help with an automation that keeps emailing!

Hi all

Have set up a scenario where a tenant can contact us outside of hours and it pulls in their information, checks it and shares a access code.

Its working great BUT it sends liek 15 versions of the email!

Any idea where in this scenario it would be doing this and how i stop it???
