Start here 👋 Where to find everything
Resources from my videos: 🎬 Videos tab, or Classroom > "Youtube Video Resources". You can open them even before your join request is approved. Your first 5 minutes here: 1. Grab the resources. Every video has a post in 🎬 Videos with a link straight to its resources page. The full library lives in the Classroom under "Youtube Video Resources", newest first. 2. Head to 👋 Introductions and post: who you are, what you're building, and the one automation you'd most want to clone right now. 3. Need something built? Post it in 🎯 What Should I Build? Request what you need and I'll turn the best ones (not all) into a video. Like the requests you'd use too, the most liked ones go first. 4. Turn on the Skool mobile app and enable notifications. That's where most of the conversation happens. Just requested to join? You can already open all the resources while you wait. I approve requests myself, usually within a few hours. A few ground rules: ✅ Post your wins in 🛠️ Builds & Wins. Your blockers in ❓ Questions & Help. What's one task you'd pay to never do again?
This is where you tell me what to build next. Post the task that eats your week. The boring one, the repetitive one, the one you keep putting off. Say what you do now, step by step, and roughly how long it takes. Example: "Every Monday I copy last week's sales from three spreadsheets into one report and email it to my boss. Takes about an hour." I go through every request. I can't build all of them, but the best ones become videos with everything free in here. If you see a request you'd use too, like it. The most liked ones go first.

How to ask so you get an answer fast (copy this format)
Questions with details get solved in one reply. Questions without them turn into five replies of "which tool? what error?" Copy this: What I'm trying to do: What happened instead: The exact error (paste it or add a screenshot): What I already tried: Which video I'm following (if any): Here's an example: What I'm trying to do: install the thumbnail skill from the YouTube skills video What happened instead: Claude Code doesn't see the skill when I ask for a thumbnail The exact error: "I don't have a skill for that" What I already tried: restarted Claude Code, checked that the folder is inside .claude/skills Which video: 3 Claude skills for YouTube I answer everything in here myself. No question is too basic.

My Instagram posts now design and publish themselves
I'll go first so you can see how these posts work. What I built: a Claude Code skill that turns a topic into a finished carousel, a Notion calendar where I approve each post, and a routine that publishes to Instagram on a schedule. What was hard: the Meta setup. Getting the access token took me longer than the rest of the build put together. What I'd do differently: start with the Meta setup. I built everything else first and then spent the longest stretch on the one part that could have blocked the whole thing. Next time I'd make sure the posting works before building what gets posted.
