Trying to join but Zoom says it's waiting for the host. Are we meeting today?

Hi Tammy, I received an email that my membership will be renewing on the 28th, and I'd like to cancel my membership before that time. It's a great program, but I don't have a need for ongoing ads right now. I can't find where I cancel. Can you help?

We’d love to get your feedback and review on what else we can do to lower costs and generate better lead results. While we are receiving valid leads, we’re struggling to convert them. Additionally, some of the leads we’re getting are applicants and marketers instead of potential customers. I’ve attached two video links for your review.
