Support System
Having a support system when we're dealing with a difficult autoimmune condition is very important. Your support system doesn't have to be extensive to be effective. It can be one person who hears you and helps you feel seen. A friend, a nurse at your doctor's office, a coworker or colleague, or a teacher.
This community is also part of your support system. We're here to uplift and encourage each other. To cheer each other on and celebrate success. And to offer hope when we are feeling defeated. Because everyone feels that way once in a while.
A community like this requires some level of participation. The more you show up and participate, the more you will benefit from the community. 🤗
How are you feeling today? What is your body telling you?
We get you. We hear you. We are here for you.
💜🧡
