Intro
Hi I’m Natosha. I am a 45 year old wife Mimi to 5 grandkids nurse and dog mom. I have lupus and beginning hasimotos. Been eating clean and gluten free. And changing my lifestyle. It’s helped some but not 100%. I don’t want to take meds even though I’m a nurse I don’t trust big pharma
