This is an incentive for anyone to match up with me and find a buyer……we can split 50/50……let me know?

This particular person found me through social media presence and wanted to send me a free lead that they wish to get rid of and at first hesitate until I made it clear that the contract is just for “property review” purposes and that they can still offers from other people. Non-binding and expires after 5 business days.
Now that’s it’s signed time to look for my rental buyer in Harrisburg PA that would pick this up for a $5000-$10K assignment.
