This was a Inbound foreclosure lead that was pulled from County Records for the month of April 2026. This was delivered from a batch of 44 emails sent out with a 5-step follow-up sequence. The seller filled out my website form on the second follow-up sequence, which included the 'About Us Video" this is highly recommended to create when setting up your Foreclosure Funnel System.
The video I used helped me establish trust with the seller before they even met me on the phone, allowing me to skip the Introductions and get straight to speaking to them about the next steps in my Foreclosure Funnel Process.
