I decided to go with a company called "Easify" who in my opinion has made it very EASY to get approved for 10DLC requirements. It will take about 3 business days to get everything APPROVED. This account will allow me to send out 6,000 segments a day if I need to but I will only be using 50-100 segments of that and they have a feature called "Geo-Mapping" so if I am calling FL they give me a FL number and if I am calling PA they give me a PA number.
