Congrats to for taking action and following the AutoClose REI process to help you get a contract and keeping the process simple, clear and precise. Now that you haved submitted the necessary "option contract" I will now assist you in findng a buyer to do a walk through or complete an inspection. You are recommended to still contact the buyer you chose that fits the deals details as I support you in fast tracking it and help with finding more buyers just in case your main choice does not accept your deal. Remember the steps, only send all information when they agree to sign a finders fee agreement (provided as PDF download on our website https://autocloser.pro/templates-and-scripts).
When you fill out the "finders fee agreement" it will have the subject property details listed for the buyer to know what the address is. Thanks again for believing in the process........
