Autism and confidence💪
Do you know RDI? @Nancy Gilette can explain better, but from my perspective to give children tools to grow is making them confident in their ability to regulate and adapt to their environment. Here is a video showing just that with an amazing little kid 💪

Hello September... let's start a new month with a growth seeking mindset
One thing I truly believe in is shifting our mindset. Life is tough, parenting is hard—and with a neurodiverse kiddo, there’s added complexity. I encourage parents to move away from focusing only on the negative challenges or exhausting behaviors. Instead, ask: What do I truly want to experience? Start there. Shift from “wishing it would stop” to “how can I help this get better?” What do you believe? Does September feel like a fresh start for you?

I believe its important to take the time for fill your own cup...as in rest before the storm.. school brings excitement, relief, and also anxiety (and a whole lot of meetings)..
