I want to take a moment to celebrate Kat, one of our Green Room members, for the incredible progress she’s been making.

When Kat first joined, she was struggling with confidence on camera. Like so many of us, she found herself overthinking, nitpicking, and holding back from showing up as her true self. She also wanted a reliable backend system to support her business and her content.

During our work together, I taught her a version of the 5 Videos in 5 Days system (which you can now find inside our Classroom), and I also helped her set up a backend system to automate and support her growth (you can explore a free trial of this in our Behind the Scenes section inside the Classroom).

I’m so excited to spread the love, celebrate Kat’s journey, and highlight her growing community.

Here’s her update:

“My calendar is time blocked out in a way that I feel very confident in having a system! The most important breakthrough working with you is how I feel on camera though....

I have never just looked into a lens with zero issues. I always struggled with nitpicking how I looked or sounded, or whatever would pull my eyeline away and block my personality from shining through.

Yesterday I filmed multiple videos that were off the cuff, had direct eyeline, AND were the REAL me. This has bled into how I'm designing my community-down to the copy and emojis. I am relaxed, present, and authentically me. I can't thank you enough!!! 💚💚💚💚💚”

This is what progress looks like, not perfection, but presence.

Not hiding, but showing up authentically.

What I love most is that Kat is continuing to build her community to support other women on their fitness journeys. Her message is powerful, and I know it will impact many. Check out her story here, she’s got a ton to offer!
