How is everyone feeling in the diaphragm breathing program? Noticing it getting easier to use your diaphragm?
I'd like to add a little challenge this week, wherever you're at in the program, try slowing down your breathing. Aim for a 4-5 second inhale followed by a 4-5 second exhale.
