Business: I run Scotia AI, a one-person AI automation agency in Halifax, Nova Scotia for small, owner-operated businesses.
The question I asked: Based on what I sell and what I’ve already decided, what’s the one thing I should change this quarter?
Before: I don’t have anything about what you sell or what you’ve already decided. This is an Incognito conversation, so there’s no memory of past chats, and nothing in this thread yet.
If you tell me a few things, I can give you a real answer rather than a generic one:
- What you sell and to whom (product or service, rough price point, who buys it)
- What you’ve already decided for this quarter (goals, bets you’re locked into, things you’ve ruled out)
- What’s feeling off, if anything: slow growth, churn, margins, a stalled channel, a team bottleneck
Even a rough paragraph is enough. I’ll pick the single highest-leverage change given those constraints and explain why it beats the alternatives.
After: Define your free AI audit: who it’s for, what they get, and what’s not included. All three are “unknown” in 02-offers.
It’s your main offer and your only lead-gen entry point, and you have no paying clients. Content aimed at landing first clients has nothing specific to point at until this is defined.
Your 2026-10-01 decision is to target HVAC businesses. You aren’t sure about it, so write the audit for HVAC. That tests the niche, and a niche-specific audit is easier to sell than a generic one.
Not in the Project: what an audit delivers (a report, a call, a roadmap) and how long it takes you.
What changed, in my words: The blank chat knew nothing and asked me to explain my business. The Project named my free audit as the gap, tied it to my HVAC decision, and listed what it still didn’t know.
