AuDHD couples is a space for couples navigating ADHD, autism, or the just messy overlap of living. We’re not clinicians and we’re not here to position ourselves as experts. We’re two people who have spent years talking about relationships, intimacy, communication, and now we’re looking at all of that through a different lens, neurodivergence. This community is about honest conversations, shared experiences, and finding tools that help. There’s no one right way to do a neurodivergent relationship, but there is a lot of value in comparing notes and realizing you’re not alone. Welcome. Let’s figure some of this stuff out together. This is a peer community, not therapy or medical advice.
