Location: Denver, CO (but from FL originally and do a lot of traveling) Injury I'm Trying to come back from: Had ankle surgery back in college that sidelined my career and got me started in this whole rehab space Goal with this course: Help as many of you as possible! Stoked to have you here! The next place to go is the CLASSROOM section: it is going to house all our programs and content, check it out and let's get started!
What a journey.
I’ve started playing in a Sunday league and today I scored my first goal in two years (since injuring ACL, MCL, Meniscus in September 2023). Man… what a feeling to be back doing what I love and having fun. Best of all I can’t tell a difference between my uninjured side to my injured side. Grateful to be apart of this community, and knowing that the lessons taught in this program have set me up for success. Hope you all are crushing it!

Something's Coming
Hey guys I am revamping a lot of our programs making them even better. Our 'Foundations' program is where all new members are going to start going forward. In that program there is an article called 'The Golden Rule' that talks about pain. It is something you guys have heard me talk about before but probably not in this way. I got goosebumps writing the ending. If you're looking for some mid-week motivation... check it out
